Quick Start — Scan From the Login Screen (No Manual Sign-Up)
You don’t need to create an account first. The fastest way to start is to scan your tracker’s QR code directly from the login screen — the app will pull the device info automatically.
How to start via QR scan:
-
Open the 365GPS app (login screen)
-
Tap the QR/Scan option on the login page
-
Allow Camera permission
-
Scan the QR code on your PAWVA X01
-
The app will fetch the IMEI and bind the device to your profile
-
Set a device name and (optionally) a recovery email/phone in Profile
Default device password:
-
The default password remains the last 6 digits of the IMEI
Why add email/phone later?
-
Adding contact details in Profile → Account helps with ownership recovery and support if you ever change phones.
Using the Track Tab (Live Location & Status)
Map View Options
Use the map layer icon to switch between:
-
Street / Standard view
-
Satellite imagery
-
Terrain / Hybrid modes (if supported)
Adding Multiple Pets / Devices
Tap the “+” button (top corner) to add another PAWVA tracker to the same account.
This does not refresh location — it only adds a new device.
The Track tab is where you view your pet’s real-time location and device status on a live map. This is the main screen most users rely on for daily tracking.

Using the Function Menu (Security Scope, Playback, Power Saving, Find, Health)
Security Scope (Geofence / Safe Zone)
Create a safe area around your home, garden, or yard. You’ll get an alert if your pet leaves this zone.
How to set:
-
Open Function → Security Scope
-
Pan/zoom to your home location
-
Draw a circular boundary around your property
-
Save and ensure notifications are enabled
Recommendation: Set the Home geofence during week one to improve alert accuracy.
Playback (Animated Route History)
Replay your pet’s movements for up to 90 days.
How to use:
-
Open Function → Playback
-
Choose date & time range
-
Tap Play to animate the route
-
Adjust playback speed if available

Power Saving (Quiet Mode)
Temporarily reduce alerts/communication (e.g., when the dog is in the car).
This is not the tracking frequency setting—use Settings → Update Time for that.
Use cases: Car rides, indoor rest, vet visits.

Find the Device (Map Refresh Only)
Refresh the device’s map position.
There is no sound or vibration to avoid startling pets.

Health (Steps & Calories — Experimental)
Shows estimated steps and calories.
Treat as a rough guide, not precise activity tracking.

Update Time & Tracking Modes (Settings Tab)
💡 Tip: If tracking seems delayed, confirm Update Time is set to precision mode during active use.
The Update Time setting controls how often your PAWVA X01 sends location updates to the app. This affects both accuracy and battery life.
How to Access Update Time:
-
Open Settings in the 365GPS app
-
Tap Update Time
-
Select an interval based on how you use the tracker

Important Reminders
-
Changing update time does not affect geofence alerts
-
Shorter intervals use more battery
-
First-time users should stay on 1–2 min mode for better learning accuracy

Smart Learning & First 15 Days Behaviour
💡 Tip: Avoid switching off the device overnight during the learning phase. Continuous operation speeds up accuracy improvements.
Your PAWVA X01 includes smart learning, which improves tracking accuracy over time by understanding your pet’s routine and home environment. This learning period takes place during the first 7–15 days of use.
What Happens During Smart Learning
-
The device recognises your home location and common zones
-
Reduces false alerts near home
-
Adjusts sensitivity to movement and boundaries
