At PAWVA Ltd (“PAWVA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to ensure that your order is processed and delivered promptly, securely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the processing and delivery of all orders placed through www.pawva.co.uk.

Order Processing 

  • Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • During high-demand periods (such as new product launches), processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.

  • Pre-orders will ship once stock becomes available. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated, but these are subject to supply chain conditions. If unexpected delays occur, we will provide timely updates

UK Shipping Mainland UK

  • Fast Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Parcelforce 24): Flat rate of £3.99.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Remote & Offshore UK

  • Includes: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands.

  • Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Delivery may take 2–4 additional business days.

  • In certain cases, couriers may apply a surcharge for delivery to these regions. Customers will be advised of any additional charges prior to dispatch.

European Union Shipping

We currently deliver to selected European Union (EU) countries, including Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent carrier.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Please note:

  • All prices on pawva.co.uk are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

Tracking & Updates

  • Customers will receive an email notification with tracking details once an order has been dispatched.

  • We use recognised carriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and approved international delivery partners.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.

  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

Lost or Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel appears delayed, customers are encouraged to check tracking information first. If assistance is required, contact us at support@pawva.co.uk.

  • In the event of an incorrectly entered shipping address that results in a returned parcel, PAWVA will arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs will apply.

  • Ownership of goods passes to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered.
